What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things between pages and between visits — what is in your basket, which language you chose, whether you are logged in. Similar technologies such as pixels and local storage work in comparable ways, and this policy covers those too.
Your choices
When you first visit the store you are asked which categories of cookies you accept. Only strictly necessary cookies are set before you choose. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie preferences link in the footer, and you can delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the basket and checkout from working. Blocking the other categories does not affect your ability to shop.

These make the store function and cannot be switched off. They keep your basket contents, remember your session, apply your region and currency, and protect against fraud and abuse at checkout. They are set by Shopify, our e-commerce platform, and by our payment providers.

Analytics
These tell us how the store is used in aggregate — which pages people visit, where they arrive from, where they abandon a purchase. We use this to fix what is broken and improve what is slow. The data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you personally.

These allow us and our advertising partners to measure the performance of campaigns and to show you relevant products on other sites. They can be used to build a profile of your interests.

These remember preferences that are not essential but make the store nicer to use, such as recently viewed products or a dismissed banner.

How long they last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period — typically from 24 hours up to 12 months, depending on their purpose. Analytics and marketing cookies set by third parties are governed by those providers' own retention rules.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by companies other than us, including Shopify, our payment providers, and — where you have consented — analytics and advertising providers. We do not control those cookies. Their own privacy notices explain how they use the data.
